How booking, deposits and appointments work at Rousse Rivera. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
Deposits & payments
Every paid service requires a $20 deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to the total of your service, so it is not an extra charge, it comes off your final price. The design consultation is complimentary and does not require a deposit. Booking and payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card details.
Cancellations, reschedules & no-shows
Life happens, and rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours' notice, your $20 deposit moves with you to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is needed to book again. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we have to reschedule to protect the next client's time.
Results
Semi-permanent makeup is an art, not a copy-paste. Results vary with your skin type, aftercare and lifestyle, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Most results settle over 4 to 6 weeks and are refined at your touch-up. Colour softens over time, which is normal and by design.
Candidacy & health
Some skin conditions, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and certain health situations mean PMU is not recommended. Please share your health information honestly at your consultation; part of my job is to tell you if you're not a candidate. You must be 18 or older. A patch test may be required.
Aftercare
Your result depends heavily on how you care for it. Following the aftercare instructions is your responsibility, and results affected by not following them are not covered by touch-ups or refunds. See the Aftercare page for the full guide.
Photos & privacy
Photos of your results are only ever shared publicly with your written consent, which you can decline or withdraw. We collect only the information needed to book, serve and contact you, and we never sell it.
